JOGOYA

now blog bout last saturday's my special buffet dinner at jogoya...

as i mentioned on last post... i went to midvalley wit parents last saturday.. and had our dinner at JOGOYA at night...

wat so special bout JOGOYA? well .. it's actually a taiwan (or japan) restaurant where it's buffet style.. to make it simple .. i suppose a lot pl heard bout Shogan at 1u .. it's sumthin like that .. or sasaki ... just according to my uncle.. this place is way better than those 2.. :>

talk bout JOGOYA.. from wat i know of this place before i go there.. it's a very expensive place...rm100 buffet.. how can u actually eat till tat amount of money ?? but once i there n c it for myself.. tell myself.. "yes, u can actually eat more than rm100 here"

to intro a bit bout the place.. it's very different from those normal buffet we normally eat. normally food are ready and u just take wat u wan .. but here.. it's .. mix.. u can either take those ready food.. (mostly japanese famous cold food or some chinese style dishes) or u can order.. how? u just place a clip like thingi on the bowl on wat u wan to eat.. then they will serve to ur table.. some just name and some wit sample for u to c..

sushi any1?? sashimi (m i right bout the name???)

n here are some western dessert or apatizer.. i wonder which is which ..

talk bout the food there.. they have japanese.. taiwan .. even some western .. salad .. many many many kinds of food there.. wat all u can n wat u can ...

notice the salmon ?? my sos love it.. she said she took bout more than 20 pieces..

some sushi.. and satay??? wtf ..

yet another salmon frenzy ...

oyster any1?? if u liek fresh oyster.. here will be the place for u .. they have some good oyster for u here( i m not sure how good.. i dun like oyster)


but anyhow.. i did tried an oyster.. coz ... since is kinda rare to be in a place like this.. so might as well try everything.. end up .. SUCKS!!!!! i still remember the taste...i did put a lot a lot of lemon (izzit lemon) on top .. then lift it up .. to my mouth .. then 1 scoop .. whole thing is in my mouth ..

the oyster is like.. some soft soft thingi in ur mouth ... if u chew it .. seems weird.. coz like u chewing taufu .. so i choose to swallow it straight ... N THAT's the time nightmare begin ...

i swallow it . OMMMMMMGGGGGGGG i still remember the moment.. i can feel the taste at my throat... the smell .. the taste.. the bitter and ... and.. words cant even describe. .. the taste still stays on my throat even long after i swallow it.. i quickly drink some lemonade.. arg hhhh ... geli sial~~~

tat would be the 1st or maybe last time i eat oyster.. well .. maybe next time i will make sure lemon juice is fully covered the whole thing before place it in my mouth ..

i dun remember this plate is mine....

sadly i never even tried 1 salmon .. 1st i dun like it.. but i eat.. and 2nd. i forgot bout it ... hahahah

this is like 2 hours after start eating.. wat a mess..

well .. there are nothing VERY special there though..all are just some normal very expensive food tat u dun normally eat or rather.. mm se dak eat.. but their food are all very the fresh .. japanese food ?? salmon sashimi .. tempura n stuff... all very nice~

there are lot more which i din tok pic of.. like u will find soup there.. those very 保 punyer soup .. u dun normally drink it.. lolz~ wat else..

u like fish ?? they have a place where there are fish for u to choose from (dead).. just put ontop of ice.. very fresh indeed.. ok .. u choose the 1 u like.. then u take it to the guy n they will cook it for u .. or to say .. grill ?

they have spaghetti as well .. wat else.. crab , prawn, and lots more.. cant remember much though .. just feel liek going back 1 mroe time..someday ... duno when .. hahah

as i mentioned they have ntg very very very special .. or very rare for u to eat.. just quality of the food tat counts... something special?? i think it would be their king crab ?? for vip onli though .. but it's ntg special actually..

n bout drinks.. they have normal.. gas drink .. u take the cup on ur table n refill urself... wat else.. coconut.. yeah .. they have 1 very very tiny coconut fr u .. wonder where they get it.. it's good though..

actually i din really drink anything tat day .. coz i duwan waste space for liquid.. i wan solid food~

u just get to eat 2 legs...

my uncle borrowed the VIP card from his fren .. so our table have entitled to 1 pieces of vip pass (anything) then u clip the clip thingi wit the pass n throw it onto the bowl under this sign .. they will send to ur table...

they have few vip food.. but all .. can say 5/6 are all king crab .. just the method of cooking is different.. this is cheese i suppose...

my mother not in the pic.. y ?? the reason is simple. she refuse to move.. LOLZ~my mother just sit there.. then waiting us to take food to her.. actually she went off from her sit once to take some food.. n tat's all .. the rest just sit there.. she duno enjoy the fun of buffet~ sad~

well .. after all the eating and stuff... it;s time for dessert... y u call it dessert if there's no ice cream .. right??? so ice cream it will be... and the ice cream is ... the most most most satisfying i've ever had.. y ??? let's c...

i suppose i need not explain Y i m so excited bout the ice cream right??? the 31 logo .. need not explain ... and the agen-dazs .. due to the queue i cant really take those whole name of it...

OMG!!! after i baskin robin .. i tell myself.. i will leave my stomach to go in war wit it !! i wan to eat all i can baskin robin !!! they have 6 flavour each .. i tried all .. conclusion .. BASKIN ROBIN RULES

haagen-dazs.. in my opinion is not very nice.. maybe those flavour is not nice tat day .. i duno .. just feel baskin robin satisfy me more.. way more... especially the raisin ... . . . . .. i cant remember the name~ i get the name day after tat at pyramid.. the ice cream have raisins.. n have some taste of alcohol.. duno hwo to explain .. just VERY THE GOOD~~~~ n their mint not bad also . and . zong zi very nice lar...

i took my time.. eat all i can food and lastly all i can ice cream .. i finally it's time to go .. (i can still go on) but they all wanna go dy .. so i no choice.. hahah ... but before that ~

i needa go in and out at the same place...

actually not very digitalise.. they have some feature like heater on the sitting thingi ... low hign medium .. and 1 more is for washing.. need not explain much right.. yes. ur arse...

well .. everything done.. wat else can i do .. go back home after that ...

summary : the place is very nice.. though the food is not very super speciall .. but u will feel it's kinda ..not wasted ur rm100 to go there for dinner.. trust me.. just the ice cream can cover 1/5 of the cost.. not to mention if u love salmon .. or crab .. or oyster.. or ahhh .. sukehhhh ~~hh~~

if not mistaken it's a taiwan restaurant.. not japanese.. and they didn't like PRO in any type of food.. so some ppl won like it if all u can eat sushi is in ur mind.. :P

oh.. the vip card u can get it after u spend rm1000 there.. 10 ppl will do ..so my uncle got 1 :>
